Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.

Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.
