orientation is based on the principles of integrative therapy to better serve the individual and specific needs of the clients. What works best for you is what matters the most.
I am a McGill graduate and Registered Psychological Associate who has been conducting assessments since 2004. I provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students six years of age and older.
Lyndsay Foster provides attachment focused Child, Youth and Family Therapy. She uses the frameworks of Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory to guide clients on the path to optimal mental health and family functioning. She has particular experience in the areas of adolescent mental health, addressing parent-child conflict and supporting adoptions and adoptive families.
Lyndsay believes in the changes and improvements that can be achieved when issues are addressed through counselling and therapy. That change is exponential when achieved in childhood and Lyndsay works with clients on their journey towards this. Sessions can range from individual children and youth to full family sessions.
