For over 40 years Theatre Dance Academy has been helping students in Oshawa build find their confidence as dancers. We offer classes for students of all abilities. Five fully equipped studio rooms with rosco and maple sprung floors, full mirrors, ballet barres and professional sound systems, Hoofers Performing Arts in Oshawa is the place to be for professional dancers. A pianist is on staff for all grade levels of ballet, particularly for younger Creative Movement students to help encourage a knowledge of rhythm and musicality. Viewing windows and plenty of waiting area space is available for parents and siblings, along with a new students change room and private fitting room for competitive and recital costuming. A snack bar and homework room is available to students who spend extra time at the studio training. We also offer exam opportunities with the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.), Ballet Syllabus and Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (A.D.A.P.T).
