Fraser Valley Academy of Dance, under the artistic direction of John C. Carney, offers superior dance training with specialized focus on classical ballet and musical theatre. Triple Threat was created from our experiences as students and professionals in the entertainment industry, and has progressed to become a collaboration of not only our ideas, but the ideas of students, teachers and parents who have been part of the Triple Threat experience.
Spiral Dance has 20 years of offering high quality dance instruction in the White Rock/South Surrey area. We take pride in offering new and returning students a positive atmosphere that promotes self-esteem, creativity, personal growth and fun. The studio name is fittingly dubbed after the ancient symbol (the spiral): a continuum that signifies the movement of energy.
Our social classes are designed for any beginner who has always wanted to learn to dance. We make our classes fun and easy, while still imparting the correct technique and style. Our specialty is in the "Rhythm and Smooth" dances which include: Rumba, Cha Cha, Salsa/Mambo, Merengue, Samba, Bolero, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Night Club 2 Step, Foxtrot, Tango, Slow Waltz and Viennese Waltz. Absolutely no experience is necessary, and we will provide partners by balancing the classes between leaders and followers. You will be dancing after the very first night!
