I called, they came ,they fixed ! !! I was very happy with the level of speed that they came after initial call . Shaun was very polite and did an amazing job .They quoted a fee and for that I expected the minimum amount of work but he not only fixed the problem he took out all the old plumbing and replaced it and gave me much more room under the sink ! I had a very pleasant experience with Rock With Us. They have an excellent choice of slabs in their showroom from Granite to Quartz, and etc. From the time we were contacted to schedule for measurement, we were pleased with the friendly customer service. Also during installation, very prompt and detailed. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I will recommend Rock With Us to all of my family and friends. He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.
Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. He was fast & were able to list within the week!
