We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. we had been having issues with skin rashes and bites for over a month and had seen medical professionals for allergies etc. We had no idea that we could have had bed bugs. One night we found one of these creepy crawly bug on our white sheet and then we started to search our bed. We were freaked out and selected Quest to fumigate these bedbugs from our home. We had to clean and organize before the application as per the emailed guidelines. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We understood that the problem started after we had brought in a discarded piece of furniture. Now we know the cause of the infestation. The extermination process was less than 90 minutes. We only had to leave for about 4 hours. It has been over a year and we remain free of these blood sucking bugs. Thanks to the professional help from Quest.
