Okanagan's fastest growing school of traditional Taekwon-Do! Sundance Martial Arts was founded in 2004 by instructor David White with the purpose of providing high quality martial arts instruction in the art of Taekwon-Do. Classes are held at 2905A, 43rd Ave. in Vernon and our brand new location at 150 Asher Road in Kelowna. Sundance Taekwon-Do is the only full-time, fully accredited and certified school recognized by the International Taekwon-Do Federation in the Okanagan Valley. We are also the only school to offer the internationally recognized Taekown-Do Child Development Program (TKD Kids!) which acts as a tool to teach children ages 4 to 7 the basics of Taekwon-Do along with important social skills in a fun and safe environment with qualified instructors. Our instructors have a combined 50+ years of Taekwon-Do experience and are eager to share their knowledge with others

We are professional & full-time with a location on Leckie Rd plus online classes. We offer Kung Fu & Martial Arts programs for Children and Teens plus Wing Chun and HIIT workout classes for Adults, Birthday Parties, and Spring and Summer Day Camps. Great Way Martial Arts has been; "joyfully inspiring the mental and physical well-being of our global community since 1993." We believe in praise, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. No competitions, travel, or tournaments. Our systematized goal-setting system empowers students to track their progress and celebrate their achievements.
