One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. Just had the service guy come over today. The person was on time, and very courteous. He was honest, and repaired both garage doors when the service call was originally for one. I saw the cable he removed from the "working" door and it was badly frayed and would have caused me grief in the near future (which would have cost me another service .
