After experiencing a problem with my garage door track and having difficulty opening and closing the door with the opener I called Rivett for help. Kevin came over the same day and was very thorough in investigating the problem. Turned out that I just needed a part and some maintenance on the track. I was so impressed with the service we received from this company. Had cables replaced but they noticed a few other things that needed addressing. The bottom of the door was bent on both sides and they fixed them free of charge and educated me on basic maintenance so I could get a bit more life out of my old doors.
