I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. As much as I would like to keep this to myself so the whole city does not line up for blocks, I have to say that Dr. Basha and his staff are 2nd to none when it comes to patient care. They are kind, patient, informative and go the extra mile to make sure you and your fur babies are looked after! I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

I got a part that was off a 92 vehicle. Not easy to find but they had it on the counter for me and could take an etransfer so I didnt have to mess around. They also found me another part that even the vehicle dealer couldn't find for me and they told me which store in town had one in stock. They didn't make a dime off that sale but they found me the part anyhow.When is the last time that happened to you?

Good treatment if you already have a diagnosis but finding the needle in the haystack isn’t their game. I recommend for getting treatment for existing conditions but go somewhere else if you need more than just a prescription. Doctors here are great
