I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !
