I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Marlin travel and its agents have done excellent work for me. They helped co-ordinate my destination wedding to Cabo, getting myself and all 40 guests there stress-free on my part. I know lots of people book on-line, but I love the fact that if I have any questions or am worried about anything, I can call the office and speak to my own agent that knows the specific details of my trip. These guys are awesome. Got us in with no notice, swapped tires out in 20 minutes and we were back on the road. They worked hard to get us out of there fast but still took the time to put the center caps on gently so as to not crack them. Highly recommend!!
