I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family.
