I have studied and practiced yoga in many countries around the world, including UAE, India, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Peru, Thailand, Australia, Turkey & of course Canada. From each teacher I have picked up little points along the way and developed my own teaching style. I find this the most beautiful aspect of instructing and taking classes. The uniqueness of each person makes every yoga experience meaningful. The yoga world has so much to offer practitioners but also instructors; it is a never ending process of experience and education.

The museum offers a spectacular view of the Uxbridge valley and the town of Uxbridge. Picnic tables are available. There are research facilities also available at the museum, but please contact the museum prior to visiting.
