There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. I was in a pinch, and needed my vehicle back on the road quickly. The guys at Pro-North took my appointment on short notice, and got me back on the road in no time.
They keep a spotless shop and waiting area. All staff that I met were friendly and professional. You will not feel intimidated at all.

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
