I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. Also great customer service experience, these people are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, especially the manager Jason. Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.
