My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. Whatever the issue (filling, checkup, abscessed tooth, cosmetic tooth repair, regular hygiene, emergency pain) the response is caring and quick. I've been worked into a busy schedule when I was in pain and diagnosed and referred correctly for an issue that turned out not to be a dental one. I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes for cheerful service in a sparklingly clean space. I highly recommend.

When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. EK provided a written proposal initially, and a new one when we changed the plan. I had a lot of questions, and they treated me with respect. Great people to work with.

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.
