I was totally stressed out over a debit card issue that arose after I had bought an item online. Rachel to the rescue! She calmed me down and helped me through the solution step by step, easy-peasy! So relieved! And if that isn't enough, they enclose a free chocolate bar with your delivery! Does Staples do that? Why no, no they do not! Love these guys!
