I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!

They try their best to make customers happy, but instead, the customers decide to complain about their service and insult their business just because there was a mistake in their order or they had to wait longer than usual.
