We began our Yoga and Health Center in 1997. Originally a small family based business, located on Coburg Road in Halifax, we outgrew our original space within a few years and expanded. Now on Quinpool Road, across from the Superstore, we have two suites for our health center and a separate space for our yoga studio.

At our Centre, our team listens carefully to understand your needs and is dedicated to serving you and your family to receive a relaxing and positive health experience with us. Our focus is to address the root cause of your problem and not just the symptoms, so that we may provide a whole body wellness experience. Our chiropractor(s) use a combination of diversified chiropractic techniques along with gentle, yet powerful, specific corrections to your spine and structural system (Koren Specific Technique). Patients usually notice dramatic changes from the first visit. Often adjustments are done with you standing or sitting. The ability to correct a patient's structural system in any posture is one of the many advantages of this technique. Also, by integrating many of our safe & effective products and services with chiropractic care we have helped hundreds of families with: relief from headaches, neck & back pain; reducing stress & promoting greater relaxation.
