Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy.

I had not rented a car in over 20 years. Hisham and Devan made the process smooth and relaxing. I mentioned to Hisham that I was a CAA member, and he made sure I got the CAA Member discount. Worth every penny! They don't advertise it but they have an A+ rating through the Better Business Bureau, and it shows why. They were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Much of our work involved personalization of new cars at dealerships prior to sale. We also did similar work for retail customers who came to our premises. One of our first commercial projects included the fleet graphics for the provincial telephone company.
