I can't say enough about the excellent response and work I had done by Chapman Plumbing and Heating. I submitted a quote for the purchase, delivery and installation of 3 toilets to replace ones that were over 30 years. All interactions with the office were excellent with phenomenal response times. Once we provided the go ahead, the work was scheduled in a timely manner and was done quickly and efficiently. All the work areas were spotless on the completion of the work.

Heat pump stopped working in Dec 2017. Went to two major companies in Trenton ontario.both charged me $100.00 and did nothing. They were more interested in selling me a new unit. I went to Brant and asked him for help. He came to my home and got the heat pump working well, He told me it was a good unit and suggested I go back in spring and he would give it a good check up. Brant is my place from now on.

Stayed on 7Jan2013. Great staff great room. Breakfast was perfect though I wish there could be more fresh fruit. Forgot my shaving kit but front desk had everything for me I needed complimentary. Excellent hotel in line with the holiday inn standard
