My experience for the last several years has simply been excellent. The office staff is very professional, including coordination with insurance company. The office is clean welcoming and comfortable for the clients with a massage chair. The hygienists are very proactive in ensuring client comfort during the process, including setting up your TV channel to watch. Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids. She even made the experience fun for them! I was totally impressed. We are transferring all our accounts to this branch. Can't speak highly enough of them.
