My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Again, these guys really know their stuff. I brought my 2006 Land Rover LR3 in because both my rear brake lines were corroded and starting to leak. Kirk and his team repaired both lines, did a brake fluid flush, and inspected all my flexible brake hoses to make sure they were in good shape. All this for a fair price. Sears has awesome sales, and the best thing is, they are always on! I love Sears and their selection of jackets, sweaters and basic tees. My only concern with Sears is the lack of staff and open cashier tills. Its always a pain to wait in line for 20 mins to buy one towel.
