STP is the production arm of Perth Theatre Project (PTP), a corporation formed in 1992. The mandate of PTP was, and remains, to bring community theatre to Perth and its environs. Initially, this was done largely through the establishment of a Resident Company (Barn Door Productions), which produced several plays a year and paid rent to PTP for the space. When this arrangement came to an end in 2008, there was a brief period during which a similar role was played by New Theatre Perth, but eventually PTP decided that there was a sufficient critical mass of theatrical talent to begin producing its own plays. Thus was born Studio Theatre Productions in the summer of 2009, operating under the guidance of the Board of Perth Theatre Project and the Artistic Director David Parry, seen below.

Jen decided (while on maternity leave from teaching) that it was time to take a chance and open a studio in downtown Napanee. Having learned everything about photography from her father, Mike Fitzpatrick, Jen felt it was time to make her part time passion a full time reality. It was all very 'serendipitious!' Developing a niche in the community, and continuing to organize local events, Serendipity Studios is excited to be celebrating 5 years of success in 2014!'The Art of Making Happy Discoveries' describes what you will find at Serendipity Studios. When you walk through the front door, you are pleasantly greeted by Anne (owner of Cardiff Creations) who has unique gifts, home decor, and chocolate delicacies for sale. She can create beautiful gift baskets for any occasion, and has an 'eye' for how to beautify your home.When you walk into the Portrait Studio, you can book your engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn, family and pet photos. We also take business headshots, as well as product & marketing photos.

It all started when I was 12. My mom was not the greatest at combing hair, so I started doing my own. Since I did such a good job, I had to start styling my mom and sister's hair as well. Eeek! Friends and family encouraged me to earn a cosmetology license in 1999. It changed my life --the ability to take something and make it more beautiful was so exciting! Almost immediately, I opened Serendipity Salon to celebrate the beauty and diversity of the Bay Area. Back then, there were virtually no multi-cultural or LGBT-friendly salons.It has been a beautiful challenge using cuts, hair color, extensions, perms and relaxers to set free the potential I see within each client.I love making people feel confident for special events -- such as job interviews, first dates, etc. Three of my passions are color, extensions and cuts! My profession as a stylist has taken me to hotel and wedding chapels ,concert venues, trade shows around the country. I enjoy sharing in making your special day beautiful
