Born in Germany, Ellen was very sports minded as a child right through to her adult life. Her mother was trained as a hairdresser but did not practice the trade. As Ellen's love of soccer grew, so did the soccer price tag. Ellen's mother secured her a position at a local salon. Than one fine morning, Ellen was dropped off at the shop and left to work to earn her soccer money. The boss was hard but fair, however Ellen hated it: at first. Within a year, Ellen was in love with the trade and she never looked back. She spent the next ten years learning and honing her skills.

Charbel Chahine is a dynamic hair designer with a creative mind, who owns and operates Charbel Salon. Born and raised in Lebanon, his passion for hair designing began at the early age of 13. He worked at the prestigious Jacques Dessange Beirut, while training at their academy in Paris. Charbel moved to Canada in 2002 and opened his first salon in Pickering where his commitment to provide HAUTE COIFFURE to his clientele continues.
