I purchased several appliances from them in the last two years. They all work fine except that the freeze of the fridge, which I recently purchased, was not working. I contacted Peter, and he replaced the fridge with a working one as soon as could despite his super busy schedule. I am very happy with their services. Peter and his team do care about their customers!

All appliance pick ups are facilitated through Trail's Annacis Warehouse adjacent to the Clearance Centre. Customer pickup entrance is at door 6.
Once your goods have left our facility, Trail will not accept any claims of damage.
Please note that in order to protect your purchase, proper photo ID will be required on all pickups.
Please notify your salesperson if someone other than the name noted on the invoice will be picking up your appliances. Only the individual named on the invoice is authorized to pick up product.
