This company is the best service I’ve had. I needed a new thermostat as mine stopped working. I called this company and Ben came out to service with in 2 hours. I was lucky he had a spare thermostat in his truck as this was just after Xmas and only curb side pickup available. He was very professional and polite. He made time for the call even though he was out running errands that day as he just welcomed a new baby to his family. I will be booking another job soon as this company rocks.

Just wanted to say, I love my roof. I know probably most people dont get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they had not been there when I got home from work I would never have known they were there..except for the red roof. Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional. Really appreciated how considerate he was of my home and he had our toilet fixed very quickly - total lifesaver.

My friends and I decided to visit Cambridge for an out-of-town getaway. We are all admitted food snobs (one is a chef), so we perused menus and reviews online before heading out (we're from the GTA). It was pretty busy on Friday night so I am glad we made reservations.
We arrived and were seated by a very accommodating host (who we found out later was an owner), and served by one of the most pleasant servers I've ever encountered (perhaps his name was Josh?). Every single employee at that restaurant was happy to be at work, which may not sound important, but it is and is one of the gages I use when I'm dining out. My husband and I both worked in restaurants for years, and happy staff says a lot about the owners, chef and overall customer experience that the server is trying to sell. Josh spoke highly of the owner as well as proudly explained the food and the creativeness of the chef and his menu. The food was fresh, creative and delicious. We were really delighted.
It wasn't a five-star dining experience (but you are not going in expecting that), rather, it is a twist on pub fare that will leave you pleasantly surprised. We also enjoyed that the restaurant was not 'full of itself', the staff, chef and owners were humble and grateful for any compliments and made us feel welcome and appreciated as diners at their restaurant.
My friends and I were sold from the moment we walked in. So much so, that we went back for lunch the next day (it was a no-brainer) and the chef came out to say hi to us and thank us for coming back!
We cannot say enough great things about our experience there. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to visit Cafe 13 and enjoy their great food and hospitality.
