Super helpful staff! I came in with an low oil alarm and they verified the oil I required, checked the level and then added it for me. They were kind and polite, did not talk down to me, and solved the problem. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that !
