These guys are every good,fair and honest as good as my friend suggest. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry , knowing there was some work that needed to be done. They did it for $450 lower then the original quote that i got elsewhere . I was informed throughout the process and given best case and worst case scenarios and they were very honest in all of their dealings with me.

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. Small shop with some excellent honest mechanics. My car broke down and I was in town just for a few days and the Brown Cub team got me in and fixed the problem right away. Not only that but they came and picked me up at my hotel so I could get my car back.

This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through.
