At Station Road we believe that keeping young minds active and engaged will give them an advantage as they grow. Early teaching in a fun and supportive environment gives children the building blocks for learning they need as they enter school and continue to learn throughout their life. Station Road is a registered non-profit corporation and is fully licensed by the Ministry of Education. Originally founded by parent volunteers in 1971, our nursery school has been a vital part of the community and children's lives for more than 40 years.

Our theme-based curriculum fosters learning, independence and confidence. Our programs set the stage for social, cognitive, sensory and motor growth while learning through play. The children participate annually in the Walk-A-Thon for the Hospital for Sick Children and contribute to Food Banks and local charities in their community. The children enjoy supervised outdoor play for one hour in the morning and in the afternoon with the same ratios followed. This provides a safe place to play. Our outdoor program has a wide variety of planned activities enjoyed in our spacious playgrounds. Restime is part of our day. If children are no longer having a sleep they are able to play quietly until the other children are finished sleeping.

Established In 1983, Upper Canada Child Care Centres Is A Growing Family Of Over 50 Child Care Programs, Day Camps And A Residential Camp Operating Throughout North York, York Region And Simcoe County. Our Child Care Centres Offer Full-Time Programs For Children 3 Months To 12 Years. Most Of Our Centres Also Offer Half-Day Nursery School Programs. Most Of Our Centres Offer Day Camp Programs For Children 6 - 12 Years.
