Our certified and trained NCCP coaches deliver a multi-sport program that introduces our students to a large variety of sports and activities. Through fun games and planned activities, we strive to introduce and strengthen the basic skills every child needs to enjoy sports. We believe that a balance of activity and play will help develop a healthy lifestyle. By following the Canada Sport For Life model and promoting an understanding of Fundamental Movement Skills at a young age, we hope to instill a love of physical activity that children will carry forward into adulthood.
