HomeThirty-five years ago a small group of people from Bethel Mennonite Church had a vision of opening up a daycare to reach out to the surrounding community. This vision became Carter Day Care Centre and first operated out of the Bethel Church Parsonage. In 1992 the centre moved to the current location in the lower level of the church.Carter is open from Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 6:00pm all year round. The children that attend our centre are ages 2- 6. We serve 36 families made up from the surrounding community and Bethel Church.Our mission is to provide a safe, warm and loving place where children can grow and thrive in all physical, emotional, social areas. It is through indoor and outdoor play, circle time, singing, and many activities that we try and accomplish this mission. To support this mission and our everyday activities, the centre changed the name to Carter Early Learning Centre, Inc. in July 2010.Carter Early Learning Centre is an inclusive centre and we provide care for families with different physical and emotional needs.

We are a non-profit, charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our members include both parents and community members.Created4Me Early Learning Centre started as Narol Children's Centre. NCC was founded in 1974 by experienced teachers and enthusiastic parents who believed that offering a quality educational experience was their primary goal. Located in the old Donald School in St. Clements, the age and decaying state of the building, along with the huge demand for quality full time care, led our Board and Director, to pursue the opportunities to expand our services into East. St. Paul.Our fulltime Child Care Centre, located at 264A Hoddinott Road, provides fulltime child care service for infants 3 months - 2 years and preschool children 2 - 6 years.Our Nursery School Program, located at 3950 Raleigh Street, in Bird's Hill School, provides morning and afternoon classes to children 3 - 5 years of age.

WishlistDowns Childrens Centre is a non for profit licensed childcare centre located in the backstretch of Assiniboia Downs Race Track. We are primarily a workplace centre for the employees of Assiniboia Downs. However, we are also open to the community at large. Our centre has been around for 33 years.At our main centre we offer care to 20 Infants and 30 Preschool children. Our hours of Operation are:6:30am - 6:00pmWe are CLOSED on Holidays.In 2011 we expanded and opened additional spaces for our Pre K and School age children. This centre is located at 305 Morgan Crescent in the Morgan Community Centre. We offer full time care to 33 children 4 - 12 years old. This centre is open 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday. We are open during the summer and on school holidays - in-service days, Spring and Winter Break. We are closed on Statutory Holidays.We offer full time care to our Pre K children and our School age children attend before and after school and full time on in-service and holiday days.Bussing is available to children who attend Ecole Robert Browning and Buchanan Elementary.
