Ann and her staff, Erica and Chrissy, are always kind and easy on the animals. It's unbelievable how calming a good Groomer like Ann is for an animal who is nervous of being groomed. I always ask her to do my puppies' early grooms to start them right.

Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH) is a teaching hospital located approximately 45 minutes south of Ottawa.
