This company and it's employees are second to none! I called to ask for price and availability on a briggs & stratton fuel pump for my ride on lawnmower. Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. We bought an rv from them. The delamination that was on it, they fixed as part of the price. They through a few extras in at no extra cost. Plus we got the rv for a really good deal. Found the same one on a US site for $2000.00 more and that’s American. I will NEVER go anywhere else for an rv or service. This is The kind of service you dream of and never find. It was more then we could have expected. All I can say is WOW!!!

I took my vehicle to Crompton’s for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was planning to purchase. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
