I can’t rate Brody and Android Bodies highly enough. I go to Android Bodies every weekday unless I’m out of town, it is my home away from home and friends and family who have come to try it for a week have stayed. Considering that I look forward to going every day, the membership on a cost per use basis ends up being way cheaper than ones I used to pay for and never use.

The launching of this website in September 2002 coincided with the relocation of my practice to 125 Delhi Street, Guelph ON. We also offer Bootcamp classes that are an hour long and include a warm-up, HIIT circuits, Abs and stretching! We also offer Yoga, our YogaFit (R) is a vinyasa style of yoga that links body movement and poses together with breath by flowing from one pose to the next.
