We live in Ontario and can't find croissants like this anywhere!!! The almond croissant has a soft almond paste in the middle to die for! The staff were all so cute in their colourful hats and the owners were fun and really know their cheeses...over 150 with lots of them from Quebec. We will definitely stop here on our way back home.

Japprecie depuis longtemps votre établissement. De même limplication sociale de Mme Gazaille. Et beaucoup la compétence du responsable de la poissonnerie et de ses conseils de cuisson. Or, jai acheté récemment une queue de homard que je navais pas remarqué quelle netait pas cuite. Cela suppose quelle a été coupée dun homard vivant. Je vous demande que cesse cette pratique et que les queues soient retirées de homards déjà cuits. Vous remerciant.
