Since 1975, Peavey Mart stores have been serving communities throughout Western Canada. Our roots stretch back even further, to a chain of "super farm markets" named National Farmway stores, whose first location was opened in 1967 in Dawson Creek, BC. We have been connected to the land from the beginning.
By 1975, the chain was a subsidiary of Peavey Company of Minneapolis, and the stores were re-named Peavey Mart. In 1984, a local management group buyout resulted in Peavey Industries Limited. Since that time, Peavey Marts have continued to remain 100% Western Canadian owned and we have grown to serve more communities.
Peavey Mart’s home office is located in Red Deer, Alberta, including a 180,000 square foot distribution centre. We are proud to be recognized as one of the Most Admired Corporate Cultures in Canada.

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore sells quality new and gently used furniture, appliances, and building materials. All of the products sold at the ReStore come from individual donors and businesses in our community. The funds generated by the ReStore are used to support Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta by covering the administration costs of the chapter, allowing us to provide affordable housing to more families. Shopping at the ReStore also prevents perfectly useable items from ending up in landfills. ReStore across Canada diverted as much as 20,000 tonnes of materials from landfills in 2010. Come in and find great deals from our major donors - Home Depot, Trail Appliances, Lux Windows, All Weather Windows, and Hudson's Bay Company.
