I had a problem with a waterline that Shawn came to quote on. Due to other commitments he was unable to take the job. After the quote Shawn returned later that day to mark out some underground service and he also want to look at the issue in more depth. Turned out Shand helped me find the issue and it did not require a big excavation as originally thought. Shawn's diligence and help saved me $$$. Shawn went above and beyond my expectations. Enroute from Ridgecrest, California to Alaska, stopped at the Harvey's Auto & Muffler, had a severe leak in the muffler system of our motorhome,not able to proceed to Alaska. Had to wait until the next day. Mr. Harvey invited us to park our motorhome in front of his own home garage. He and his wife invited us to eat in a Chinese Restaurant, where we all enjoyed dinner. Next day,it was all fixed, never to fail. That was on August 15/16. 2005.
