Located on James Lake in the Temagami region, and family run for 20 years, Smoothwater of Temagami has supported thousands of adventurers in their quest for Nature's rejuvenating powers. (Perhaps Temagami's geospiritual values can be gleaned in the Temagami anomaly). With over 45 kevlar and ABS canoes, and several yaks, we are Temagami's full service outfitting business, offering rentals, guides, lessons, permits, route consults, shuttles and more.
Located within a 1/2 Kilometer (1/4 Mile) of downtown Temagami and on the shores of picturesque Cassels-Rabbit Lakes is Northland Paradise Lodge. The lodge is accented in cedar and knotty pine while our eight comfortable units have electric heat, town water, three piece showers and full cooking facilities. All linen and cooking utensils are supplied. Our restaurant seats 18 hungry guests comfortably.
