Eric helped me order my exterior doors. He did a fantastic job at a great price. There was a minor error on one of the doors, you had to go outside to close the blinds in it. We had a good laugh about it and they fixed it the same day. Great service. I went back and purchased my interior doors with Tyler and had just as good of service and pricing. Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor.
Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us.
