We recently spent a most enjoyable week at this vacation site and came away quite impressed. If you are looking for a real cottage experience without sacrificing basic comfort and convenience, then give this resort a try. Stunning views of Rice Lake, consistently good fishing and frequent wildlife sightings made our visit both memorable and worthwhile. Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.
