I believe in building a strong working relationship with my clients and my objective is to provide clients with practical, solution-oriented ways of addressing their concerns in an environment of warmth, acceptance, and compassion. I come alongside my clients to help them set goals for personal growth and relationship health, helping clients to manage difficulties with insight and integrity. I've worked with individuals and couples experiencing difficulty in day-to-day living who have struggled with anxiety, depression, grief and relationship issues. I have also worked with clients wiith addiction issues and emotional trauma.
