He has experience in all phases of the collection process including pre-charge-off, post-charge-off, legal networking, and agency management. He has an accounting degree and an MBA in International Finance, as well as over 20 years of experience in collections and fraud management and has worked for various companies, including executive roles at Citibank and Chase Card Services. Mr. L'Abbate is currently on the board of the Financial Services Collections and Credit Risk Conference and has been a guest speaker at numerous collection industry conferences.
