I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. 6 years ago, my husband bought a truck from Paul, and today it was my turn! Paul is an amazing car sales man who does not pressure you to buy a vehicle or try to sell you a more expensive one. We took it for a test drive a week ago, shopped around, and went back on Paul's day off to buy it, he was happy to come from Victoria to do so. He has been very helpful to us, and always honest. We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
