Other chiropractic services throughout 31 years have only helped to a point; very cautious about trying another one. In one treatment Dr. Kim helped me stand up straight and within a week I had no pain. After 3 weeks of treatments, a 24 hour return trip this past weekend proved it. No pain, no ibuprofen and no recovery time; even though rented van seats uncomfortable and no leg room. I plan to continue on the schedule suggested and return for maintenance. Tried this place out with my mom for her Birthday dinner and we both enjoyed our meals. Nice drink combinations too.
Came back with a friend and a Groupon, but I made a mistake about reading the fine print amd they were sincerely gracious when I was paying the bill. It was appreciated. That was an even better meal then the last one for me! The desserts make me want to stop by there randomly just to eat a treat on occasion. Will go back again for sure.

This establishment is good quality food, good service and a authentic feel. The pork and cabbage rolls are to die for. I highy recommend this resteraurt! I am glad they opened one here in St. Albert. The prices are very affordable even low compared to the portions of food you received. Me and my wife had a great time. The servers didn't bother us, every two minutes like commercial resteraunt chain. Deals in the menu give you the opportunity to mix up you dishes to your desired, this is a can't miss for a Ukrainian experience.

I've never been to a spa before this one so I don't have as much to compare to what I will say is that my experience was fantastic.
The place is so relaxing. Honestly tranquil would be the word to use. The staff is very friendly and my masseuse was terrific.
She was very informative and helped me decided between what level of a massage I wanted given that I'd never had one done professionally done before.
The ambience was perfect. I practically fell asleep I was so relaxed. Next thing you know the hour session is over and I'm feeling fantastic - super rejuvenated.
I will be back to the Body Polish Day Spa and I recommend it for everyone!
