The school environment is carefully designed to provide a variety of material, which allows each child to progress successfully at his/her own rate. The adult acts as facilitators, helping a child develop an interest, encouraging and supporting ability to make decisions, solve problems and explore new ideas. Children learn most rapidly and successfully through play. Traditional readiness skills are acquired through games, songs, building materials, sand and water play, etc. Children choose activities at their own interest and capability level, thus gaining positive self-concept and self-confidence. They thrive in a warm affectionate atmosphere where learning self-respect as well as respect for others is a top priority.
