Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director Of The Ba, Chaired The International Conference That Was Held In Andorra Titled 'Re-Establishing Trust In Europe' In The Presence Of A Large Number Of Presidents And Prime Ministers. In His Opening Speech, Titled 'Facing Facts: What'S Wrong With The Current World Order!', Dr. Ismail Serageldin Started By Questioning The Problems And Contradictions That The World Faces Today And Which Affect Various Countries. Dr. Serageldin Also Stressed The Importance Of Working On Finding A Serious Means Of Communication In Order To Create A New World Order Built On Mutual Trust Between All Parties. The Conference Was Attended By Former Latvian President And President Of The Club Of Madrid, Vaira V??e-Freiberga, Who Also Co-Chairs The Nizami Ganjavi International Center Along With Dr. Serageldin. The Center Also Participated Along With The Club Of Madrid In Sponsoring And Organizing The Conference.

The legislation applies to all municipalities in Ontario. The Act does not apply to private companies, credit bureaus, hospitals, doctors' records or to federal government institutions. After being opened in 1896 in the North Augusta Public School, the Library soon grew to be a success. In 1913 it was moved to the teacher's room at the Continuation Public School, where it remained for some time. When the use of the library died down, a bookmobile taking books around the area was introduced, as a last attempt to bring patrons back. The plan was unsuccessful, and the library closed in 1974.
