Hi Everyone, my name is Karen Mills and I am certified through Brass Performance as a Personal Trainer. I am a personal trainer and health coach, working with my clients to guide them through my life changing exercise and nutrition programs. I will come to your home, create workouts that fit your needs, guide you through nutrition and meals, keep you motivated and ensure your success. I am based on the South Shore NS (Lunenburg, Bridgewater) but am willing to include a radius of an hour (100 km) to ensure these services are available to YOU!
