I've been a regular at Shawarma Palace for over 10 years. The food is great, the ingredients are always fresh, the staff are friendly and quick, the resturaunt is always clean, and the owner is amazing, he greets every customer as they come in, and wishes everyone a good day as they leave and thanks you for coming. This is the best place for falafel and shawarma in Hamilton. Food always fresh due to lots of customers on a daily basis.Place is always full of customers especially lunch time. Food is cooked right infront of you. Polite owners. They have received numerous recognition for their good service and food. Always serve good food any time of the year. FYI TO ALL.
